TERMS OF SERVICE
It’s a paid activity.
Make sure you only register your kid on our official website.
Do not do any transaction on any personal account, we will be not responsible for any such transaction.
After the registration, kid will be getting compulsory shoot within 90 days that is within 3 months.
Designer clothes & makeup will be from our side only for the shoot.
No travelling allowance will be provided from our side for the shoot only studio, photographer, makeup, styling & clothes will be from our side.
Only parents (2 parents) are allowed at the time of shoot.

Eligibility – Age limit will be 6 to 16 years.
METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND? Our refund policies are simple. To claim a refund: Send us an email at info@coolkidsstudio.in If for any reason, our back-office staff confirm a refund, then the refund will be made accordingly.
UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY In case of any booking/order made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and www.coolkidsstudio.in will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases
Billing and Payments.
All payments in respect of the Products shall be made to Cool Kids Studio through the Platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to Cool Kids Studio Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that Cool Kids Studio may use certain third-party vendors and service providers, including payment gateways, to process payments and manage payment card information.
Cool Kids Studio reserves the rights to revise the shipping charges from time to time at its sole discretion without any requirement to notify you of the same. The shipping charge may or may not be discounted or removed on account of any voucher, discount or any promotional scheme. You will be shown the applicable fee before checking out and finishing your order placement.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the use of the Services. The failure of Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. This agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. This agreement and your account may not be assigned by you without our express written consent. Company may assign any or all of its rights and obligations to others at any time. Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay or failure to act caused by any cause beyond Company’s reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from this agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and Company as a result of this agreement or use of the Platform and Services. Upon Company’s request, you will furnish the Company any documentation, substantiation or releases necessary to verify your compliance with this agreement. You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of this agreement and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute this agreement.
Feedback
If you choose to provide input and suggestions regarding problems with or proposed modifications or improvements to the Service (“Feedback”), then you grant Company an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right to exploit the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Service and create other products and services.
